conditioning, full 6 DOF mechanical stimulus and an electrical ATE signal path for

testing Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Accelerometers and Gyroscopes.

The system is intended for high volume device manufacturing test, allowing up to 96

devices to be tested in parallel, but may also be used for verification, validation, and

device engineering tasks.

1.  GENERAL

New Inductive Load tester 4602-LV/4602-HB has been newly developed as an enhanced model of current 3702-LV in power capability and functions.

In order to meet the demands in the market for testing high current devices with low breakdown voltage, 4602-LV has new testing mode “VD OFF Mode” in which VD power is disconnected from Drain when MOS FET is turned off.

In comparison with conventional 3702-LV, Drain Voltage (VD) is enhanced from 200V to 300V and Drain Current (ID) is also enhanced from 100A to 200A respectively.  With this improvement, our new 4602-LV provides our valued customers with various and wider range testing device capability in the market.  Additionally, 4602-LV comprises “Self-Diagnostic Function” in order to improve its products reliability.

1.  General

MakeXlsx.exe is a software module which converts the Spektra system data file into the Excel2007 formatted file. The output format of this software is Make123 and MakeCSV.

2.  System requirements

MakeXlsx.exe operates in the following environmental conditions.
It outputs a file in the Make123/MakeCSV format.

3.  Restrictions

As huge volume of memory is required during conversion process to Excel 2007,
conversion might become impossible due to Windows specifications depending on a generated data file size.  If conversion procedures are failed, this module session is terminated, showing an error message, [A901].

An example of file size failed in file conversion:

·  The number of test items, 89;

·  The number of data, 32767.

1. GENERAL

This is the HV-SMU 2kV application board for model 431-TT.
The standard board is PT1324-000 that is able to measure the leakage current and breakdown voltage up to +2kV/+99.99mA specification.
-2kV/-99.99mA testing is optional and PT1325-000 board is required.
PT1325-000 board cannot be used without PT1324-000 as stand alone.
SMU method made possible to have voltage forcing, current forcing, voltage sensing & current sensing.
In order to have high voltage power forcing (±2.0kV), 2.4kV HV POWER UNIT is required.
